Founded in 1968 by Prof. Dr. João Sampaio Goes Jr., the Brazilian Institute for Cancer Control / São Camilo-Oncology, has become a highly complex Treatment Center with a Clinical Research Center, and a Teaching Center for the training of Physicians in the area of Breast Cancer. In addition to being pioneer in the control of breast cancer, it has an excellent care model, including longitudinal patient follow-up with activities focused on primary prevention, screening, multidisciplinary treatment planning and paliative care.
