The Breast Center of IASO, the leading maternity and gynecological hospital in Greece, is the biggest one in Athens, treating 800 new breast cancer cases/year. It consists of two Breast Clinics, with the 1st Breast Clinic operating under Clinical Director Antonios Keramopoulos, Ass. Professor of Gynaecological Oncology and the 2nd Breast Clinic operating under Clinical Director Grigorios I. Xepapadakis, Breast Surgeon. The Center performs breast screening, the entire range of diagnostic and therapeutic tests, all procedures related to benign and malignant breast pathologies, and postoperative monitoring, mainly in breast cancer patients. The Breast Center houses a division of risk measurement and high-risk women monitoring, a division of physiotherapy and lymphedema, and a division of psychological support. It closely cooperates with the departments of Pathology, Radiotherapy, Pathological Oncology, Medical Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. All the Departments participate in the weekly breast tumor board. IASO Breast Center is a highly specialized center for the lege artis treatment of breast diseases, from diagnosis to full patient recovery.

By train:
You can use Line 3 (blue line) of the Metro, change at the bus-stop “Doukissis Plakentias” and then use the suburban railway, bus-stop “Nerantziotissa”. From the Port of Piraeus, use Line 1 (green line) of the urban train network, bus-stop “Nerantziotissa”.

By bus or sub-way/underground:
Buses that serve IASO are numbers 550, 7, 14, bus-stop “Olympic Stadium” if you’re heading to Kifissia and bus-stop “Exhibition Center” if you are heading to Athens.
