Our Breast Unit started working in 2004 as such. The professionals involved in it are highly devoted to breast diseases and breast cancer treatment. Multidisciplinary work is our daily basis to achieve excellence and optimal results for all our patients. We are involved in multicentric international studies but at the same time, we develop our own original research in the unit. We also perform quality control tests regarding all the aspects of breast cancer treatment to ensure the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. To ensure that the patients' perspective is considered in each step of the diagnosis and the treatment, we are creating different groups of volunteer patients. These groups will act as advisors when developing clinical and research projects in the unit.
