The Khartoum Breast Care Centre (KBCC) is a non-profit, privately funded organization that opened in October 2010. It is the only specialized and multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Centre in Sudan. With advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment utilized by our highly dedicated and qualified physicians and support staff, we have managed to establish an elite standard for specialized medical services in Sudan. KBCC covers not only Sudan, but also neighbouring countries (Chad, South Sudan, Eritrea and Ethiopia). Our Vision: KBCC contributes to the improvement of the health of Sudanese people through locally available, high quality, specialized health facilities run by well-trained personnel at an affordable cost. Our Mission: KBCC creates awareness and provides international standard screening and diagnostic services to women (and men) of various income levels, with breast disease or at risk of breast cancer and offer them the best possible treatment and long term outcomes. KBCC established a Charitable Fund under a guided policy with the only purpose to assist financially vulnerable patients.
